For a long time, I had unexplained nausea. We couldn’t figure what caused it- it wasn’t connected to any food or supplement. It came and went randomly. For a long time I wondered if I was accidentally glutening myself, but we could never connect it to anything.
I also spent a good deal of time at the chiropractor’s office, trying to keep my ribs in place. The ribs between my shoulder blades slip out and cause pain. It’s more annoying than anything as it doesn’t keep me from functioning. It was just a frustration and expensive in both time and money.
This summer we noticed that the problem was gone for a long time. No nausea, no mid-back pain. When my dad got sick this October, my schedule became quite hectic and a lot of things changed. The nausea came back. Despite doing everything I could to sit up straight and keep my body in alignment, my problem ribs wouldn’t stay put and my back pain returned. This time, it didn’t stay isolated to between my shoulder blades. It crept up and down my back, causing headaches and a good bit of discomfort, but we didn’t have the funds to afford regular chiropractic care anymore, so I just had to deal with it.
A few weeks ago I had a sudden onset of nausea when I twisted backwards to reach for something. I also heard and felt that pesky rib pop out of place. The lightbulb went off. The rib that was out of place was pressing on a nerve! Since then, I have had multiple bouts of nausea that would kick in when a rib between my shoulder blades would slip out of place.
I soon realized that the T-tapp program I started this summer was responsible for the disappearance of the nausea and the rib problems. I quit exercising regularly when my Dad got sick in October because I didn’t have the time.
Problem Solved
Doing Primary Back Stretch daily, the first move on the T-Tapp video I use called Basic Work-Out Plus, keeps that rib in place and eliminates the nausea, pain, time and the expense of the chiropractor. I’m finding that as long as I spend three minutes a day doing that one move, I don’t have to worry about any of the problems.
The one T-Tapp DVD cost me about what two trips to the chiro would cost. I’d say that’s a pretty good investment, wouldn’t you? Doing T-tapp takes me less time than it would to go to the chiro’s office, too, as the whole work-out only takes 15 minutes and I don’t have to spend any money on gasoline. It’s a win all around.
The Workout That Works
I am very thankful for Teresa Tapp and her work-out. Her videos have been responsible for a number of wonderful jumps and gains in my health and strength. If you’re limited on time and money but you need a solid work-out program that works and will help you balance your hormones and control your blood sugar in the process, I can’t recommend T-tapp enough.
Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with T-Tapp, I’m just a happy customer. I make no profit if you choose to purchase any of their products.

Sarah, I recommend you start with basic work-out plus, unless you have back or knee problems or over one-hundred pounds to loose. It’s one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Great testimonial! I love T-tapp, too!
That’s interesting KerryAnn! I realized that I didn’t need the chiro regularly when I started a yoga class some ten years ago. I still go for an occasional neck problem that doesn’t resolve itself although I can get relief from my most common misalignments with yoga. I often hear them popping back in. Pilates has been very helpful to then strengthen these areas so that problems occur even less! SO grateful!
T-tapp has definitely worked to strengthen my core muscles to keep my back in place and improve my posture. I’m amazed at the difference it has made!

Yoga and T-tapp definitely keep my joints problem free – when I’m consistent with them.
The Basic T-Tapp workout eliminated the sciatica I’d been blaming on a “bad” mattress…relief and MUCH cheaper than a new mattress, too LOL
Yay! That’s great to hear!
I am intrigued- I have gone to the chiropractor for many years. When in college at a concert I was injured when some drunk kid was being body passed and then dropped on my head. (it was not even that kind of concert). At one point I was going to the chiropractor 6 times a week. After my second was born I went in and since then have noticed I have more headaches and get a tingling in my neck. I stopped going because I knew that was the link- but I thought it was just a chiropractor that did not agree with my body. I am so excited to learn more about T-Tapp!

Jennifer, I’d really encourage you to check it out. It has done more to eliminate my posture problems and back pain than anything else I’ve tried. If you have questions, you can call the T-tapp office in FL and talk with a trainer or even Teresa herself and get answers. They’re fabulous.

The consensus seems to be, do something strength-building, and you can eliminate the chiropractor. T-Tapp, yoga, and pilates have been mentioned. I have a psoas tendon problem that completely prevents my walking if I don’t do strength training of some kind, but just investing a couple of hours a week keeps me pain-free. I do the pilates workout at my local YMCA (in the US). I’m pushing 70 but pilates lets you do fewer reps (harder ones maybe!) so I don’t get very out of breath. It’s so wonderful when the pain goes. I think I get more out of pilates, investing fewer hours, than from yoga, which I did for several years every day. Chronic pain is very difficult to endure patiently. A comrade–older than I am– at church fell and sustained a wound that weakened her sufficiently that she is in pain walking and has begun to limp, and she finally went to the chiropractor last weekend, and that will help, but I have to convince her to do the kind of hard exercise that will really fix it. She isn’t one to exercise so it will be hard.

Jan, you know one of the reasons I’m doing this is so I will have more strength when I’m older. I don’t want to be a frail little woman, hunched over a walker!

You have inspired me! I have had the T-Tapp MORE program sitting around forever. Course, owning the DVD doesn’t help.
This past year, I threw out my lower back TWICE after falls, and being broke, was largely crippled for a couple months each time.
Tomorrow morning, I’m tapping.
Yay! Good for you!!

I won’t support T-Tapp because Teresa supports the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Sorry, but I don’t sell out my principles.
I don’t agree with Susan G Komen foundation, but I did a quick google and just about every national company I could think of has partnered with SGK at some time or other. So that would cut out maybe 90-95% of the products in your household, too. I couldn’t find an appliance, household goods, furniture or electronic company that hasn’t supported them at one time. And even if you choose to make those products yourself and build your own furniture, the places you would buy the raw materials from have mostly partnered with SGK, too. It looks like it’s just about impossible to avoid.
Muscles move bones. There is no agent of motion in a bone. Balanced muscles keep the skeleton stable. There are many ways to create muscle balance, including stretching, exercise, and targeted bodywork. Those approaches are frequently more manageable, more effective, and longer lasting than chiropractic care, in my experience. Congratulations on finding an effective solution!
