It’s 12:45 and I just finished my work-out for day three. Better late than never.
Yesterday, I did BWO+ in the morning. I did PBS and OIP three more times, along with one round of Awesome Legs with the kids- they love that exercise. When I was done, the outsides of my thighs and my shoulders hurt. As the day went on, my thighs really started to hurt all over. Last night, I took a hot bath, put on some comfrey and chickweed salve, took some arnica and went to bed.
Unfortunately, I was up and down all night and kept getting woken up by sirens. The neighbors had an emergency. I got glutened yesterday and it made me have to go off of chelation. Getting glutened alone or just going off of chelation is enough to make it a rough day, but when you get glutened, go off of chelation AND don’t rest well, it’s a horrid day.
So Jeff didn’t get to work out this morning, he was too tired from being up and down all night and he slept in. Jeff told me this morning that he would exercise when he gets in tonight so as not to break the chain. I’m thrilled he’s interested in doing this for his own health and not just to give me an exercise buddy. We’ll both pick back up with morning exercise tomorrow.
I stayed in bed this morning until I felt half human. I finally got up and deposited myself on the couch when the kids got up, until I could hold down some food and feel a little more human.
At the encouragement of both of my kids I got up and did one set of Awesome Legs– I couldn’t hold out for the second set. I did OIP, then the BWO+. Now I’m going to go skin brush and take a quick shower. I feel better now that I’ve exercised and I’m definitely more awake. I’ll stretch through the day to help with the soreness.
My kids have started asking to do T-Tapp, so I allow them to do it once school and chores are done. And my daughter is definitely hooked on doing Awesome Legs after dinner. She eats her meal, puts her plate away, goes and pops the DVD into the player, pulls out the exercise mat and helps herself. lol I’m not complaining, I wish someone had encouraged me to exercise when I was that age. I got ‘A’s in P.E. due to a good attitude, not my physical ability.
I will do OIP and PBS before dinner and again at bedtime tonight. I’m now over the hump and I should start being less sore. Yay!!!
