Yesterday, day ten, we had a major disruption here that kept us both from exercising. So this morning, we were both back at it. Tomorrow is the last day of bootcamp, then we go to every other day.
DH is struggling with his knee bothering him during Plies, but otherwise he is doing well with BWO+. I’m now up to five reps during the hardest moves and I finally did the whole arms sequence this morning with eight reps of each. That’s an improvement! I was able to lift my son into my lap this morning, too. I’m definitely gaining strength, because before now that was about impossible.
I’m also making some changes to my diet, but I’ll post more about that this afternoon.
