Today, I have a guest post on The Grain Mill Wagon! You can view my Soaked Gluten-Free Naan Bread on their website. This bread is awesome with Indian food and it makes a great pita replacement as well. I like to use the naan bread as a replacement for a sandwich wrap sometimes, too. It’s thick and chewy and it holds up well to chunky, hearty fillings.
