I posted recently about my experiment with making my own liquid stevia. This weekend I got around to straining it and trying it out. It’s a good first attempt, but it didn’t have enough orange extracted into the alcohol. So I put the tincture back into a jar and added more orange peel. I’ll update again after it sits awhile, to see if it has hit the right level of flavoring.
