I often get asked how I fix our turkey for Thanksgiving, since I teach cooking classes. Well, the answer is that I don’t! By the time Thanksgiving rolls around, I’ve cooked multiple turkeys for the camera so we’re tired of it. We are having ham today, along with broccoli salad and sweet potato and cranberry casserole, two dishes we taught in the Real Food Holidays class. My mom will bring deviled eggs, a fruit salad, baked beans and a pecan pie for the gluten-eaters in the family. I’ve made pumpkin poppers for our dessert.
